Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is designed for a motivated individual who excels in providing exceptional service and support to both the team and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide increased assistance to assigned team and Agents with daily tasks and activities related to maintaining existing business and securing new business for the agency.
  • Perform and learn marketing and service duties to support agency goals.
  • Assist in managing client accounts and ensure all customer interactions align with company standards and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client accounts and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with a professional and supportive approach.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and provide guidance as needed.
  • Develop and implement best practices for account management and client service.
  • Participate in special projects and assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Previous experience in commercial lines account management is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Work Hours

Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

Benefits

Compensation for this role ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, reflecting the candidate's experience and qualifications.
